Job summary

Valtech in Bengaluru is seeking an Xstore L2 Analyst to drive experience innovation and support Xstore POS environments. You will resolve escalated incidents, assist with system configuration, and collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure smooth store operations.

You bring 3+ years of relevant experience, a growth mindset, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a technology-driven, data-focused context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Xstore POS and related platforms.
• Familiar with ITIL standards and incident management.
• Experience in Agile consulting is a plus.
• Oracle Retail POS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Xstore POS systems and resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Assist in configuration and maintenance of Xstore systems, incl. upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and address degradations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams for updates.
• Develop user guides and SOPs for support teams.
