NCR Voyix Bath is seeking an L2 Support Engineer (Linux) to join a 24x7 shift team in a hybrid role. You will monitor and maintain a virtualized store infrastructure, respond to incidents, and support customers worldwide.

The role requires Linux expertise, strong customer-facing skills and a proactive mindset to ensure uptime and high satisfaction across clients in retail and dining sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in IT operational support with Linux.
• Strong understanding of routing/switching, DNS, DHCP, firewalls.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles and clear communication.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Handle emails, calls and chats in a positive, professional manner.
• Log customer issues and identify recurring trends.
• Provide technical IT support for diverse clients.
• Monitor SDS software and infrastructure and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers and perform patches.
