Valtech is seeking an experienced Xstore Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with the Xstore team. You will specialize in Oracle Xstore and its ecosystem, ensuring localization and new initiatives in the POS domain.

You will align with retailers’ processes, gather requirements, and drive techno-functional solutions across localization, integrations, and deployments. A strong analytical mindset and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

8–10 years of IT experience with at least 3–4 years in a Business Analyst role.
Proven experience with Oracle Xstore POS and its ecosystem.
Strong understanding of retail processes, store operations, and POS workflows.
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, functional specification creation, and solution validation.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle Xstore POS solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into specs.
Bridge communication between business teams and the Xstore development team.
Drive Xstore localization efforts to meet market and legal needs; lead POC development.
Manage customization, enhancements, and development in the Xstore suite.
Support SDLC including design, testing, deployment and production support.
Participate in production support to ensure system availability and performance.
