Job summary

Valtech is seeking a Technology Consultant based in Bengaluru with 15+ years of experience to lead client relationships across luxury retail and omnichannel strategy. You will shape MVP concepts, partner with cross-functional teams and drive transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, advocate data-driven decisions, and lead workshops, executive briefings and ROI-focused engagements in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience across retail, luxury retail, digital commerce, business transformation, technology consulting or strategic advisory roles.
• Bachelor degree in business, technology, engineering or related field; MBA is advantageous.
• Proven track record advising senior retail stakeholders and influencing client directors and executives.
• Deep understanding of retail operating models across commerce, stores, merchandising, fulfilment, loyalty and customer experience.
• Strong exposure to fashion, luxury, lifestyle, beauty, jewelry and premium retail environments is desirable.
• Ability to connect business priorities with technology direction and adoption readiness.
