Job summary

21 Health and Social Care is seeking Wraparound Support Workers to provide tailored 1:1 and family-based support in community settings across Scotland. You will build trusting relationships, promote wellbeing and help families navigate challenges with a child-centred, trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children, young people or families in care or community settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexibly including evenings or weekends if required.
• Trauma-informed, child-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and family-based support to children and young people.
• Deliver practical, emotional and behavioural support in home and community settings.
• Work with families to identify strengths and set achievable goals.
• Support routines, boundaries, education engagement and emotional regulation.
• Liaise with social work, education, health and third-sector services.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care and support plans.
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing and positive outcomes at all times.
