Job summary

Kimbolton School is seeking an experienced Wrap Around Care (Kim Club) Manager for before- and after-school care for children aged 3–11. The role covers 07:00–09:00 and 15:30–18:30 shifts, with a possible job share.

You will plan activities, engage with children and parents, and run daily club administration in a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 EYFS qualification, have prior experience with children, be patient, adaptable and confident, and ready to uphold

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
• Holding at least a Level 2 EYFS qualification is essential.
• Patient, tolerant, creative and adaptable and confident in themselves.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children and parents while upholding the school's values and ensuring the club operates efficiently.
• Plan and prepare age- and ability-related activities.
• Oversee day-to-day administration and manage morning and afternoon shifts.
