Job summary

Kimbolton Preparatory School is seeking an experienced Wrap Around Care Manager for Kim Club, providing before- and after-school care for children aged 3–11. The role covers morning and afternoon shifts (07:00–09:00, 15:30–18:30) with scope for job share.

You will plan age-appropriate activities, oversee club operations, engage with children and parents, and handle day-to-day administration. A Level 2 EYFS qualification and experience with children, preferably in a school, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
• Patience, adaptability and ability to engage with parents.
• Must hold Level 2 EYFS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children and parents while modelling school values.
• Plan and prepare age- and ability-appropriate activities.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of the Kim Club.
• Ensure the club runs efficiently and safely.
