Job summary

Kimbolton School is seeking an experienced Wrap Around Care (Kim Club) Manager for before- and after-school care for children aged 3–11. The role covers 07:00–09:00 and 15:30–18:30 shifts, with a possible job share.

You will plan activities, engage with children and parents, and run daily club administration in a supportive school environment. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 EYFS qualification, have prior experience with children, be patient, adaptable and confident, and ready to uphold

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Kimbolton Preparatory School for an experienced individual to join our friendly team as a Wrap Around Care (Kim Club) Manager. The Kim Club offers care provisions both before and after school during term time for our children aged 3 - 11. We are seeking someone who will cover both the morning (07:00 - 09:00) and afternoon (15:30 - 18:30) shifts. A job share may be considered for the right candidates.

The main duties of this role will be to engage with children and parents whilst demonstrating the school's values and ensuring the club operates efficiently and effectively, and overseeing all Club activities. You will be required to plan and prepare age and ability related activities, and will be responsible for the day-to-day administration required of the role.

Holding at least a Level 2 EYFS qualification is essential, as is experience of working with children, preferable within a school setting. The successful candidate should be patient and tolerant, creative and adaptable and be confident in themselves and the job.
