Job summary

Love Childcare Recruitment seeks a Part-Time Wraparound Childcare Manager to lead after-school clubs in Chislehurst/Bromley and oversee holiday camps across South East London. The role combines afternoon sessions with school-holiday leadership, offering responsibility, team management and a pathway to growth within a growing provider.

You will guide activities, ensure safeguarding and build strong school and parent relationships, while benefiting from flexible, term-time commitments and company

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare, teaching, nannying or similar roles.
• Leadership in coordinating a team and sessions.
• Clear communication with children, parents, staff and schools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day after school clubs and wraparound activities.
• Lead and manage the wraparound team including rotas, training and development.
• Plan age-appropriate activities fostering creativity and good behaviour.
• Ensure Ofsted compliance and safeguarding policies are followed.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and partner schools.
• Manage holiday camps, staff, and safety during school holidays.
• Deliver KPIs and support service growth.
