Job summary

E3 Recruitment is recruiting for a senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead a high-volume facility within a pan-European manufacturing group. You will drive World Class performance, implement CI and lean initiatives, and mentor the leadership team to deliver EBITDA growth.

The role requires a proven track record in fast-paced manufacturing, strong health and safety credentials, and a strategic, hands-on approach on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Proven track record taking operations to World Class/Operational Excellence.
• Experience implementing CI tools and problem-solving on the shop floor.
• IOSH or NEBOSH health and safety qualification.
• Degree or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategically develop manufacturing operations across lines to reach World Class.
• Promote lean techniques (5S, VSM, TPM) across operations.
• Lead and mentor site managers to solve problems and develop careers.
• Introduce processes that boost output and EBITDA over 3 years.
• Build an agile, ambitious manufacturing function enabling growth.
