Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in a market-leading manufacturing operation. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, leading CI projects, and steering teams to deliver sustainable performance gains across the site and regional scope.

Candidates should bring senior manufacturing leadership experience, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and a track record of delivering tangible improvements in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in senior production/manufacturing roles.
• Experience with project management, manufacturing processes and industrial engineering.
• Six Sigma (Green belt preferred) and safety certifications (IOSH or NEBOSH) are desirable.
• Lean and Six Sigma application in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Focus on improving ops efficiency and OEE across the site.
• Lead teams for operations improvement initiatives.
• Identify, develop and implement CI strategies across the site and region.
