Job summary

Reed in Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking a Programme Support Adviser to deliver a high-quality, personalised service across Reed Wellbeing programmes. You will be the first point of contact for participants referred to preventative health services, assessing eligibility and guiding them to the right support.

This part-time, three-month FTC offers flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. You will work within the Programme Support team to ensure attendance is secured, data is

Qualifications

• Experience in office-based customer service or sales.
• Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
• Fast-paced, target-driven environment experience.
• Database/data-entry accuracy.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths; GCSE English Grade B or Level 2 literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class personalised service to participants via inbound and outbound calls.
• Book and manage attendance for Reed Wellbeing services.
• Ensure data is captured accurately in CRM and conduct data cleansing.
• Triages participant referrals to assess eligibility.
• Maintain documentation and KPI compliance.
