Reed Wellbeing in the United Kingdom is seeking a Community Engagement and Stakeholder Engagement Lead to strengthen referral pathways, promote health and wellbeing services, and improve access to community-based support across the service area.

You will work with GP practices, healthcare providers, and community organisations; applicants must live in Norfolk, have access to a vehicle, and be willing to travel, including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in stakeholder relationship management and partnership development.
• Experience working with healthcare, public sector, community or voluntary sector organisations.
• Experience organising community events, outreach activities and promotional campaigns.
• Experience recruiting, supporting or managing volunteers and community networks.
• Ability to evaluate engagement activities using performance data and feedback.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement stakeholder and participant engagement strategies.
• Build relationships with GP practices, primary care networks, healthcare professionals and community organisations.
• Strengthen referral pathways and increase awareness of Reed Wellbeing services.
• Lead community outreach campaigns, promotional events and health awareness initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, train and support volunteer Health Champions.
• Represent Reed Wellbeing at stakeholder meetings, networking events and community forums.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies and digital awareness campaigns.
• Monitor engagement performance, evaluate outcomes and identify improvements.
• Support service development and achievement of contractual targets.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion, health and safety, and data protection requirements.
