Workspace Group in London is seeking a Project Manager to join our Customer Fit Out team and drive delivery of fitted and furnished offices across our portfolio. You will lead multiple projects from procurement through handover, coordinating contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding Workspace standards.

You will manage works in occupied spaces, tighten cost controls, and ensure a consistent product standard across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in construction, commercial property, fit-out or refurbishment.
• Experience delivering schemes from design and budget through procurement, construction and handover.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of construction, building fabric, M&E, and fit-out delivery.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs and project performance.

Responsabilités

• Manage fitted office and refurbishment projects from procurement through construction, furnishing, snagging and handover.
• Deliver multiple workspace fit-out projects across the portfolio.
• Translate approved investment cases and design concepts into delivery plans, programmes and budgets.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor programme, quality, cost, risk and project performance to ensure delivery.
• Provide buildability, programme and cost advice during delivery.
