Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for its Commercial Interiors practice in London. You will take ownership of workplace and office fit-out projects, coordinating design teams, contractors and clients from inception to completion.

This client-facing role requires strong programme, budget and stakeholder management, with a proactive approach to deliver high-quality interiors for occupiers, landlords and developers within a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Management experience within a consultancy, contractor, developer or relevant client-side environment.
• Experience delivering commercial interiors, workplace or office fit-out projects.
• Exposure to CAT A and/or CAT B refurbishment projects.
• Experience with flexible workspace, landlord repositioning or cut & carve schemes would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of the construction and fit-out lifecycle.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage commercial interiors and workplace projects from inception through to completion.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and wider project teams.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risk, change and project reporting.
• Support procurement, tendering and contract administration.
• Chair project meetings and provide clear reporting to clients.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across occupier, landlord and developer-led projects.
• Take increasing responsibility for day-to-day client management and project delivery.
