Job summary

Workspace Group is seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead customer-led fit-out, refurbishment and improvement projects across its workspace portfolio. You will coordinate customers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality spaces that meet requirements while maintaining safety, budgets and timelines.

You will manage projects from enquiry through to handover, balancing technical delivery with commercial awareness and exceptional customer experience across

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction, refurbishment, or fit-out projects.
• Experience from feasibility through to handover.
• Strong technical understanding of building fabric and M&E.
• Budget and cost management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer service.
• Relevant qualification in construction, property or PM.
• Willingness to travel across the Workspace portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fit-out projects from enquiry to handover.
• Understand customer requirements and develop practical workspace solutions.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams for delivery.
• Prepare scopes, budgets, programmes, and delivery plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure safe, on-time delivery.
• Provide technical advice on building fabric, M&E, fire safety, accessibility.
• Manage projects in occupied spaces with minimal disruption.
• Procure and manage contractors for quality and value.
• Support snagging, handovers and post-project reviews.
• Contribute insights to refurbishment, redevelopment, and sustainability initiatives.
