Job summary

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage commercial workspace projects from briefs to site construction and PC.
• Site & Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee on-site teams and subcontractors to maintain safety and momentum.
• Financial Control: Manage budgets, resolve financial queries, and generate purchase orders with accounts.
• Programme Management: Build and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and resolve delays.
• Quality & Risk Management: Conduct quality reviews and implement risk mitigation on site.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clients commercial fit-out projects. You will act as the central bridge between the creative design teams, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the clients uncompromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Delivery: Manage commercial workspace projects from initial client briefs and design development through to site construction and final Practical Completion (PC).
• Site & Supply Chain Coordination: Manage on-site teams, and closely oversee subcontractors to maintain safety and momentum.
• Financial Control: Manage project budgets, resolve financial queries, generate purchase orders with the accounts team.
• Programme Management: Build and maintain realistic project schedules, track critical milestones, and proactively resolve delays.
• Quality & Risk Management: Conduct rigorous quality control reviews and implement effective risk-mitigation strategies on site.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients, external consultants, and internal teams.
