Decathlon Farnborough is looking for a new multisport Workshop Technician.

As a Multisport Workshop Technician, you are a key reason our customers return to Decathlon. Your role involves diagnosing, providing timely repairs or services across sports products (circa 85% bikes) to meet customer expectations. You’ll help customers extend the life of their sports products, keeping them performing like new longer.

No two days are the same—diagnosing, quoting, repairing products, and delivering excellent customer service. Our Workshops are central to sustainability in our stores—playing a vital role in our mission to reduce environmental impact. You may also recycle and repair defective sports products before giving them a second life.

In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosis of technical faults in customer products and agreeing on solutions with customers
• Servicing and repairing customer products within your Decathlon Store
• Providing the best customer service experience
• Stock management, ordering, and control
• Business performance analysis
