Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to run our busy Workshop and lead a team of Fitters. The role focuses on achieving targets, maintaining safety, and delivering excellent customer service as assets move to maximise revenue.

You will coordinate with the Hire Desk, customers, and spares suppliers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to keep equipment available at all times. This is a full-time position with a strong reward package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Workshop Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Run the busy Workshop and lead a team of Fitters to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage performance and drive productivity in a safe working environment.
• Ensure equipment is available and assets are kept moving to maximise revenue.
• Liaise with the Hire Desk, customers and spares suppliers to maintain smooth operation.
