Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our busy workshop and a team of technicians. You will drive performance, ensure targets are met and keep customers satisfied with the service.

You will maximize equipment availability and liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to keep our assets moving and revenue flowing, in a safety-focused environment.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Workshop Manager to run our busy Workshop and team of technicians, ensuring that all targets are achieved and customers are satisfied with the service.

In this busy and varied role you will be responsible for managing performance and driving productivity, ensuring that the team are motivated to succeed in a safe working environment.

As Workshop Manager, you’ll ensure that equipment is available and we keep our assets moving to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction. This will involve close liaison internally, with the Hire Desk and externally, with our customers and spares suppliers, so naturally you will be a great communicator and collaborator.
