Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our busy workshop and a team of technicians. You will drive performance, ensure targets are met and keep customers satisfied with the service.

You will maximize equipment availability and liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to keep our assets moving and revenue flowing, in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing performance and driving productivity within the workshop.
• Motivating the team to succeed in a safe working environment.
• Ensuring equipment is available and assets move to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Liaising with Hire Desk, customers and spare suppliers.
