Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to run our busy Workshop and lead a team of Fitters. The role focuses on achieving targets, maintaining safety, and delivering excellent customer service as assets move to maximise revenue.

You will coordinate with the Hire Desk, customers, and spares suppliers, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to keep equipment available at all times. This is a full-time position with a strong reward package.

In this busy and varied role you will be responsible for managing performance and driving productivity, ensuring that the team are motivated to succeed in a safe working environment.

As Workshop Manager, you’ll ensure that equipment is available and we keep our assets moving to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction. This will involve close liaison internally, with the Hire Desk and externally, with our customers and spares suppliers, so naturally you will be a great communicator and collaborator.
