You will drive Health & Safety and Environmental compliance, support ESG initiatives, and ensure cost‑effective service with optimal asset use. The role emphasizes training, development, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hire/engineering is required.
• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Formal engineering qualifications desirable.
• Good level of computer literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to support ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of multi-disciplined engineers to meet KPIs and ensure equipment is ready for customer hire.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations and complete statutory training.
