Job summary

Speedy Hire in the UK is seeking a Workshop Manager to lead a team of engineers, ensure KPIs are met, and keep equipment ready for customer hire. You will drive safety and ESG compliance while delivering cost-effective, high-quality service.

The role offers hybrid working options, ongoing training, and opportunities for career development within a leading hire provider.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience ideally in hire/engineering or similar.
• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background as there may be times when you need to get hands on in the role
• Formal engineering qualifications would be desirable
• Good level of computer literacy
• Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.

Responsibilities
