As a Workshop Manager, you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.

What will you be doing?
  1. Identify & implement long-term planning of training activities for workshop colleagues.
  2. Carry out warranty repairs as directed, ensuring proper handling of materials.
  3. Maintain resource plans for the workshop and develop concepts for load optimization.
  4. Plan facilities, bays, machines, tools, and diagnosis installations for optimal workplace design.
  5. Employ and induct new staff.
  6. Manage, coach, and motivate employees to ensure high performance.
  7. Set target agreements with employees and review progress through regular 1-2-1 meetings.
  8. Monitor and optimize employee productivity and performance.
  9. Plan job times and allocate tasks effectively within the workshop.
  10. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality control of all tasks.
What are we looking for?
  1. Full UK Driving Licence.
  2. Motor industry experience in a similar role is essential.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Effective time management skills.
  5. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
