An established industry player is looking for a dynamic Workshop Manager to lead their vehicle and equipment workshop. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring that vehicles are serviced and maintained to the highest standards. With a focus on leadership and organisation, the successful candidate will oversee the workshop's operations, facilitating repairs, MOTs, and health and safety compliance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the vehicle and equipment workshop and our team of vehicle technicians, ensuring that everything is serviced and maintained to the highest standard.
The role includes:
Successful applicants may be asked to provide on-call availability out-of-hours on a rota basis, depending on their home location and Service requirements.
