Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Workshop Engineer in the Wellingborough area of Northamptonshire. The role focuses on servicing, maintenance and repairs of forklift trucks, mobile plant and material handling equipment within a busy workshop.

You will work Monday to Friday days shifts, with a salary of £30,000 to £42,500 plus opportunities for overtime and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering experience in a workshop or industrial environment.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks, Mobile Plant Machinery, HGVs or industrial vehicles.
• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics disciplines.
• Desirable: Level 3 engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment.
• Work in a workshop-based role servicing a range of equipment.
• Collaborate with other engineers to diagnose faults and implement fixes.
• Where applicable, take advantage of regular overtime opportunities.
