• Previous experience within the motor trade.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controller to join our successful Aftersales team. This is a pivotal role within the dealership, responsible for driving workshop efficiency, supporting Technicians, and ensuring our customers receive exceptional levels of service.

About The Role

As Workshop Controller, you'll be at the heart of our workshop operation, ensuring work is planned, allocated, and completed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with the Service team and Vehicle Technicians, coordinating workflow, managing productivity, and ensuring workshop resources are utilised effectively to maximise performance.

This role would suit an experienced Workshop Controller or a Senior Technician looking to take the next step into a leadership position.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience within the motor trade

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of workshop operations
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• A proven track record of delivering strong workshop performance
• A full UK driving licence
