As our Bodyshop Controller, you’ll play a key role in managing workflow, supporting the team, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish. You don’t need prior experience in the motor trade—we’ll provide training and support—but you do need the confidence to take initiative, the ability to juggle priorities, and a genuine interest in learning how things work in our workshop.

Hours: 45 hours per week (Flexible between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday – No weekends!)

  • Handle administrative tasks – Oversee job cards, invoicing, stock management, and scheduling, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment – Ensure the workshop is well-maintained, compliant with health and safety regulations, and conducive to high-quality work.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent communication skills – You can engage with customers and lead your team effectively.
  • A collaborative approach to leadership – You know how to motivate your team and encourage high performance.
  • Strong organisational skills – You can manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with ease.
  • Full UK driving license – You’re ready to hit the ground running and be hands-on when needed.
  • Computer-savvy – Comfortable using management software and basic office tools.
  • Adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embrace challenges head-on.
What's in it for you?
  • Career progression opportunities within BMW/MINI.
  • A chance to work with cutting-edge automotive technology.
  • Great Perks: Competitive pay, cool benefits, and plenty of room to grow.
