Sytner Stevenage, proud winners of the BMW Aftersales Retailer of the Year 2024, is seeking a confident, highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Workshop Controller to support our Service Department in running an efficient and driven workshop.
Our goal is to provide our customers with an easy and enjoyable experience every time, achieved through highly skilled staff supported by industry-leading training and development.
As part of the Sytner Group, we are committed to developing your long-term career within our business. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a high-volume prestige workshop, operating with over 25 productive staff. You will handle retail customers and BMW breakdowns, ensuring repairs are completed on the first visit with quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Preference will be given to candidates currently in similar roles. You must demonstrate the ability to ensure high standards, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion and enthusiasm for working with this prestigious brand.
