The Solution Automotive Limited is seeking an experienced Workshop Controller for a premium franchised motor dealership in Knutsford area. You will lead from the front, coordinate daily workshop operations, and drive efficiency and high standards for all service work.

In this key leadership role you will manage technician productivity, ensure on-time delivery and first-time quality, and contribute to a modern, well-equipped facility with a supportive team and clear progression opportunities.
