About the role:

• Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring work standards and time scales are always achieved.
• Liaise with Service Advisors when repairs are likely to take longer than previously agreed, keeping the customer informed.
• Ensure all work is completed within the allocated time to maintain high productivity.
• Report and seek advice on any issues during work to overcome problems and inform customers of delays.
