We have a fantastic new opportunity available right now to join our Ford Warrington team! Our Aftersales department are currently on the lookout for a new Workshop Controller!

What Will You Be Doing?

Responsibilities of the role include;

• Overseeing the team of Technicians; organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks.
• Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work.
• Liaising with customers
• Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
• Ensuring set deadlines are met.
• Effectively communicating with other dealership departments
• Complying with company and Brand standards
• Being accurate and precise with all administration.
• To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:30pm plus Saturday mornings on a rota. 1 in 3
