Pentagon Motor Group is seeking a Workshop Controller to join our Sheffield Aftersales team. You will oversee Technicians, coordinate workloads and drive high standards of quality and efficiency while liaising with customers.

The ideal candidate has Aftersales supervisory experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and a flexible approach to business needs. A full UK driving licence is required, and comprehensive training is provided.

• Experience in Aftersales environment and supervisory duties.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a team focus.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a busy dealership setting.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the team of Technicians
• Organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks
• Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work
• Liaising with customers
• Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements
• Ensuring set deadlines are met
• Effectively communicating with other dealership departments
• Complying with company and Brand standards
• Being accurate and precise with all administration
• To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits

What Will You Be Doing?

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:00
