The Workshop Controller is responsible for ensuring service and repairs are carried out effectively and accurately to achieve the highest possible standards for technical quality. They liaise between Service and Technicians to ensure all work is completed efficiently, keeping customer expectations in mind. A natural skill for exceeding targets and motivating the team is essential.

• Check workshop capacity based on work requirements.
• Ensure quality checks per Inchcape and brand guidelines.
• Monitor and provide feedback on technician quality and efficiency.
• Allocate work to qualified technicians.
