Job summary

Commercial Vehicle Repair Ltd in Landore, Swansea is seeking an organised and proactive Workshop Administrator to support a busy commercial vehicle workshop. You will manage scheduling, bookings, and daily progress to keep jobs moving from booking through to invoicing.

Working closely with technicians, the parts department and management, you will create job cards, update timesheets and chase for write-ups and paperwork, while handling calls and emails efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling repairs, servicing and maintenance.
• Booking vehicles in and out and keeping customers updated.
• Creating job cards and maintaining accurate work in progress records.
• Chasing technicians for write-ups, timesheets and completed inspection paperwork.
• Entering technician time and updating daily productivity records.
• Preparing and processing invoices, checking labour, parts, customer rates and purchase order details.
• Following up completed jobs awaiting invoicing.
• Handling telephone calls, emails and general workshop administration.
• You will work closely with technicians, the parts department and management to keep jobs moving from booking through to invoicing.
