As a Workshop Administrator, you are the vital link between customers and our workshop, ensuring their vehicle visits run smoothly and efficiently.

Our workshops are busy and fast-paced. You will be the key to keeping the workshop running smoothly, delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Your role involves booking vehicles for maintenance and repairs, coordinating with the workshop team, updating customers on progress, and managing approvals. Your organizational skills and understanding of the motor trade or car dealership environment will help you succeed. Our training will support you, but a customer service mindset, planning skills, and a can-do attitude are essential.
You MUST have a FULL UK MANUAL Driving Licence.
