Job summary

Apex Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for civil construction projects in Manchester. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure safe, timely delivery.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and a solid grasp of civil works. You will drive performance, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior management, contributing to successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil works (earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities).
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to drive performance and achieve project outcomes.

• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
