Job summary

Apex Resources Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to oversee civil construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality. You will lead site teams, subcontractors, and engineers to drive performance.

The role requires proven civil project management experience, strong leadership and commercial acumen, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A relevant qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil works (earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience.
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.

• Manage civil construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and manage project programs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality requirements.
