Qualifications

• Experience administrating enterprise IT infrastructure and helpdesk platforms.
• Proven ability to plan migrations and manage identities securely.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain backend configuration of ManageEngine ServiceDesk and related workflows.
• Own backup solution, monitor health, retention, and restorations.
• Plan on-prem to cloud migrations (SharePoint Online, AWS) and manage lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT partners for server support, licensing, and security.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID with least-privilege.
• Maintain VoIP and Teams Phone systems, licenses, and devices.
• Own IT change-management process and scheduling.
• Monitor availability, performance, and incident escalation.
• Lead incident/problem-management and update knowledge base.
• Maintain technical docs, diagrams, runbooks, inventories, and SOPs.
• Use scripting/automation to reduce manual work.
