Job summary

Referment is working with a UK financial services organisation to implement workplace pension schemes and onboard employers from scope to live service. You will lead multiple implementations, coordinating internal specialists and maintaining governance, milestones, and risk controls.

The role blends structured project management with direct employer engagement, translating employer objectives into practical delivery plans and ensuring a smooth transition into delivery while meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• Solid experience delivering UK workplace pension implementations.
• Experience onboarding employers and moving schemes live.
• Strong governance, planning and risk-management skills.
• Comfort engaging with employers, payroll teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Clear communication of regulatory information to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple pension implementations from planning through completion with clear milestones.
• Maintain governance, risks and dependencies; manage competing deadlines.
• Build relationships with employers through proactive communication and workshops.
• Understand employers' operating models and payroll needs; propose practical solutions.
• Coordinate activity across operations, payroll, compliance and client teams.
• Ensure regulatory and risk requirements are met and issues escalated timely.
• Share knowledge and coach colleagues to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
