Qualifications

• Able to lead on projects and experience in managing/mentoring a team.
• Detailed understanding of various UK Pension types and their administration.
• Ability to draft automated Excel calculators and use advanced features.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and interpret them into system solutions.
• Manage system configuration activities and quality.
• Lead client implementation projects and mentor Implementation Analysts.

Skills

Project leadership

Understanding of DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities

Pension member records knowledge

System configuration and testing

Strong MS Excel skills

Good MS Access skills
