About The Role

As a Workplace Host, you will create a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for everyone who works in or visits the building. Acting as the face of the workplace, you will support reception, workplace services, meetings, events, and day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service are delivered at all times.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is confident taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues.

What You’ll Do

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, contractors, and VIP guests, ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome and professional service. You'll support workplace operations by managing enquiries, visitor access, meeting rooms, events, workplace checks, and general administration.

You'll work closely with clients, colleagues, and service partners to solve problems, respond to requests, and maintain a safe, efficient, and well‑presented workplace. At times, you'll need to work independently, make decisions, and adapt to changing priorities while ensuring service standards are consistently met.
