Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking a Workplace Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery within the Security & Property function in Southampton. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, manage budgets and governance, and ensure delivery meets business priorities.

A recognised project-management qualification is essential, with strong stakeholder management. You will translate business needs into clear project plans, monitor risks, and report progress to governance forums.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Experience delivering projects in property, facilities management, workplace, refurbishment is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of workspace improvements, facilities changes, refurbishments and compliance activities.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, timeline, dependencies and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external delivery partners to meet budgets and timescales.
• Provide governance inputs, reporting and MI to senior forums.
