Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking a Workplace Project Manager for the Security & Property function in Southampton. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinate internal teams and external consultants, and ensure work meets business priorities and governance requirements.

You will hold a recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM or PMP) and bring expertise in budgets, risks, reporting, and stakeholder management. A background in property or facilities management is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, or PMP) is essential.
• Proven project management experience across environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong financial management knowledge including budgets and forecasting.
• Experience operating within governance frameworks and MI production.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background in property, facilities management, workplace or refurbishment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within the Security & Property function.
• Oversee external consultants and delivery partners.
• Define business requirements and secure timely decisions and approvals.
• Provide governance inputs and reporting to leadership forums.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and spend variances.
• Develop and deliver clear communication plans for stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
