Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting for a Workplace Assistant to support the Workplace Services Manager in delivering workplace and soft services across EY contracts.

The role focuses on catering, front of house, cleaning, records management, stationery, and vendor coordination. You will lead on-site teams, maintain high service standards, and work closely with client contacts to ensure seamless operations across the building.

Qualifications

• Capable team leader with experience supporting high profile client-side workplace projects.
• Great telephone skills and verbal communication.
• Customer focused, organized and professional.
• Ability to work in a team with excellent interpersonal skills.
• IOSH qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of soft services focusing on workplace and housekeeping.
• Confidently support the wider Workplace teams and manage day-to-day operations ensuring service levels are met.
• Consult with key client contacts and users to become the senior contact for the contract.
• Ensure resources meet demands and drive efficiency across operations.
• Manage external vendors to deliver high quality services and ensure safety compliance.
