Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a proactive Workplace Coordinator for the Lloyds Banking Group - Tusker account in Watford. You will own day-to-day coordination of the workplace, ensuring safety, efficiency, professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues, visitors and contractors.

The role combines workplace coordination, guest services and facilities support with no direct people management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in corporate workplace, facilities, customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day running of Watford office; keep environment safe and welcoming.
• Be the visible point of contact for colleagues, visitors and service partners; resolve queries.
• Manage visitor registration, passes, mail, couriers and reception activity per client requirements.
• Perform floor walks, inspections and service checks; report hazards promptly.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, shared spaces, supplies and basic AV; keep ready for use.
• Collaborate with facilities, maintenance, cleaning, security and other partners to deliver seamless service.
