CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Host in London on a 12-month fixed-term basis to deliver a premier workplace experience for employees and guests. The role sits within the Workplace team and requires a positive, energetic presence to set the tone for the day and support administrative tasks as needed.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional guest service, manage the reception area, and coordinate with facilities and third-party providers while upholding CBRE standards and safety

The Workplace Experience Host is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace and guest experience, creating positive first impressions and ensuring excellent service delivery for employees, visitors and clients.
Collaborating within the Workplace team, the Experience Host embodies and delivers a 5-star experience with energy, passion and presence to all staff and guests onsite. This important position sets the tone for the overall workplace experience by creating the first human touchpoint and making a consistent, positive and welcoming impression. The role supports and coordinates workplace experience services, whilst providing administrative assistance where required. Services may be delivered directly by CBRE or through third-party service providers working alongside this role.
