Job summary

Avison Young in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Workplace Experience Apprentice to welcome employees, clients and visitors at The MET Building. You will support day-to-day operations, help create a vibrant and welcoming environment, and learn about Facilities Management and Customer Service throughout your apprenticeship.

Based at The MET Building, you will work with the Workplace Experience team, receive on-the-job training, and have opportunities to contribute ideas for service improvements

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; suitable for entry-level candidates.
• Excellent customer-focused mindset and passion for service delivery.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Comfort with using technology and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Level 3 NVQ off-job learning as part of the apprenticeship.
• Welcome visitors and support check-in with QR codes and smooth onboarding.
• Promote a One Team approach with other service providers to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of front-of-house policies and procedures for building users.
