Qualifications

• No prior work experience required; suitable for entry level candidates or career changers.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with welcoming visitors and employees in the lobby and reception areas.
• Support day-to-day workplace operations and guest services.
• Assist with pre-arrival information and visitor pre-booking as required.
• Assist with check-in using available technology to improve the visitor experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace services and client reporting.
